Internet-based psychological treatment

National Quality Registry for internet-based psychological treatment (SibeR)

Registry category: Mental health

Certification level: 3

Central personal data controller (CPUA): Stockholms läns sjukvårdsområde

Internet-delivered psychological treatments can bridge a shortage in and unequal access to psychological treatments that are highly prioritized in the national guidelines. Digital care is increasing considerably and needs to be supported by a regulated introduction and evaluation.

The aim of the National Quality Registry for internet-delivered psychological treatment (SibeR) is to provide a basis for systematic evaluation, development of and research on internet-delivered healthcare treatments.

SibeR registers treatments for ADHD, gastrointestinal (GI) disorders/IBS, depression, OCD, insomnia, stress syndromes and anxiety disorders in psychiatric care, primary care and somatic care for patients of all ages. Indications are added following implementation in regular care.

The quality measures concern diagnostic assessment, availability, adherence and treatment effects. SibeR provides feedback via online real time statistics and support implementation and informatics for digital care.
